Terms and Conditions



We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-minute information on pricing, product availability and offers but due to the fast pace of the retail industry, sometimes this is not always possible. From time to time, there may be information on that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order.)

When you order an item that is incorrectly represented or subjected to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the change. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, you may exchange for another product or exchange your payment for store credits to be used in future.

Product Representation

Product photos on the website are representative only and product appearance and/or packaging may vary.


Most items in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving your order. If one or more items of your order are temporarily out of stock we will notify you of any delays through the telephone, SMS and/or e-mail. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. In the event that a product purchased is no longer available, we will either refund the amount paid or let you exchange for another available item. If payment is made by credit card, we will respond to your refund request within 2-3 days and PayPal will notify of the refund immediately but please note that it can take up to more than 6 weeks for the refund to be completed. Alternatively, you can opt for an exchange of a different item.


Payments in the Shop

For those who prefer to pay and pick up at our store, we accept Cash, NETS and Credit Cards (Visa, Master, Diners, Amex and JCB). In the event that we are holding a Clearance Sale with crazy huge discounts, we would only be able to accept payment in Cash, as it will be the case that we will be clearing many items at cost, or below cost, and will therefore not be able to also bear the NETS or Credit Card transaction fees. We thank you for your kind understanding :)

Payments Online

We accept the following modes of payment:

  1. ATM or Internet Bank Transfers (For Singapore bank account holders only. Please see below for details.) 
  2. Visa, MasterCard and Amex (via Paypal) and
  3. Paypal.

International customers should note that all prices quoted in our web store are in Singapore Dollars. If you are located outside Singapore, Paypal will convert your payment at Paypal's prevailing rates, at the point of payment.

ATM/Internet Banking Transfer for Singapore Bank Account Holders
To ensure that your orders are processed quickly, please transfer your payments within the same bank, meaning, from UOB to UOB, for example, as inter-bank transfers will take several days, or even weeks, to be processed. We currently accept transfers into the following banks.

Registration / Membership

Membership registration enables us to retain your billing and shipping information for fast and efficient checkout every time you shop. We also inform members of new services, special promotions and new arrivals by email. You may register by completing the simple form on our SIGN-In page or upon checkout where you will be asked to enter a user name and password before filling in all your other billing and shipping details. If you register, we will automatically include you on our email and SMS list.

Being a member of Baby Meadows entitles you many benefits, such as

  • 15% Discounts off all products except items on clearance or promotion
  • 2% Members' Reward Points, where (1 point = $1) and these Points can then be used in subsequent purchases as a mode of payment, both in store as well as online.
  • Free delivery with minimum purchases (depending on the combined size of all the items in your Order)

Some brands are price-controlled, island-wide, so we cannot give any direct discounts but for those products, you will get 17% in points for your subsequent purchases.

Example #1 - Price Controlled Items

  • You bought a $500 item from a price-controlled brand.
  • You will get 85 points (worth $85) which you can use for your subsequent purchase as a mode of payment.

Example #2 - Non-Price Controlled Items
  • You bought an item that is from a non-price-controlled brand, retailing at $500.
  • You enjoy your Members' 15% Discount and pay only $425.
  • Reward Points
    • You get 2% of $425 = 8.5 points, ie $8.50, which can be used as a mode of payment for your next purchase.

Buying things for our children is never a one-off affair and it helps to save as much as you can, even if it's for your next purchase because there's always a next purchase.
In exchange for these benefits, we simply ask that you stay subscribed on our email list and/or our SMS list.

If you choose not to be subscribed, you will still be able to purchase the products but you will not be able to enjoy the Members' discounts, Reward Points, delivery benefits, members' specials and other benefits.



No warranty of any kind is implied on any item sold by Baby Meadows. All products carry their own manufacturer's warranty. Any claims for warranty must be made directly with the manufacturer. Baby Meadows will be happy to assist you to contact the manufacturer in Singapore but will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property as a result of a product purchased at Baby Meadows


Sizing Information

For maternity wear, all styles correspond to your pre-pregnancy sizes. All our fashions are designed to last until the end of your pregnancy. However, if you are gaining weight quickly at the beginning of your pregnancy we recommend that you scale up one size.

Maternity/Nursing Bras
Changes in the breast size, along with increased sensitivity are one of the first signs of pregnancy. By the third trimester, the weight of the breast nearly doubles; the bra size can increase at least one band size and one to three cup sizes.

For maximum comfort, purchase a maternity bra as soon as your fashion bras are no longer comfortable. Bras made especially for pregnant women are usually more adjustable than fashion bras and offer more complete breast coverage for more comfortable support.

Breastfeeding mothers will find nursing bras have the same comfort features as maternity bras, with the added convenience of bra cups that drop down or pull aside for discreet breastfeeding.

Nursing bras should be purchased towards the end of the last trimester to ensure a fit that will accommodate the fuller breast. In selecting a maternity/nursing bra, you should increase one size in both the cup and around the back from your pre-pregnancy measurements.

Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to your total satisfaction. If our product does not meet your expectations, you can return the product to us to exchange for other products. If you have difficulty deciding what product to exchange for, you can also exchange the product for points which you can use to purchase products whenever you are ready.

Please return any unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. To return, here are 3 simple steps:

We suggest that you register and insure your returns, as Baby Meadows cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.

Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. All returns must be accompanied by the original or copy of the original sales receipt and all merchandise tags/packaging must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Moreover, you are responsible for postage on exchanges or refunds.

For refunds not due to unavailability or defective merchandise, we reserve the right to reserve an administrative fee to cover costs imposed by our payment processors.

Special Note: Exceptions to returnable items

  • Beauty and hygiene products - Swimwear, panties, bra, support belts, feeding accessories i.e. breast pumps, teethers, pacifiers, bottles, bathing accessories, skin care products and all toilet accessories.
  • Sale items - All discounted sale items are FINAL sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.
